Delete your account

You can delete your Good Girl to Goddess app account and your personal data at any time.

Delete your account in the app (immediate)

1. Open the Good Girl to Goddess app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted straight away.

If you no longer have the app

Email sabrina@ggtg.me from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

Your account and sign-in details, your profile, journal entries, emotional trigger logs, Goddess Board photos and words, evidence entries, letters to your future self, lesson progress, reminder settings, and device notification tokens.

What we keep

Payment records: if you bought a membership on our website, our payment processor Stripe keeps those payment records for as long as UK tax and accounting law requires, usually six years.

Email preferences: if you asked us to stop emailing you, we keep your email address on our "do not email" list so we can respect that.

Copies held in our secure backups are removed within 30 days.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can delete individual journal entries, trigger logs, evidence entries, letters and Goddess Board items in the app at any time, without deleting your account.
