Privacy Policy

Last updated July 19, 2026

Effective date: July 19, 2026

It is Good Girl to Goddess'policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including across our website, https://www.ggtg.me, the Good Girl to Goddess mobile app, and other sites and services we own and operate (together, the"Services").

Personal information is any information about you which can be used to identify you. This includes information about you as a person (such as name, address, and date of birth), your devices, payment details, the content you create in the app, and information about how you use a website or online service.

Where our Services contain links to third-party sites and services, those sites have their own privacy policies. After following a link to any third-party content, you should read their posted privacy policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities after you leave our Services.

Information We Collect

Information we collect falls into two categories: 'voluntarily provided' information (which you knowingly and actively provide when using our Services) and 'automatically collected' information (sent automatically by your devices when accessing our Services).

Log data

When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log standard data provided by your browser: your device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on each page, and other details. If you encounter errors, we may collect data about the error and the circumstances around it. While this data may not identify you by itself, it may be possible to combine it with other data to identify individuals.

Device data

When you use our Services we may collect data about your device, such as device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, device settings, and geo-location data. What we collect can depend on your device and software settings.

Account and profile information

To use the app you create anaccount with your email address and a password (stored encrypted). You may add a display name, short bio, or avatar.

Content you create in the app

The app lets you create private content, which we store so we can show it back to you:

●       Journal entries — text you write, and textproduced from photographs of handwritten pages you choose to transcribe (see "AI features" below).

●       Emotional trigger log entries — the situation, emotions, intensity, body sensations, thoughts, reflections, and reframes you record. This can be sensitive personal information andwe treat it accordingly.

●       Lesson progress, reminder settings, and practice activity (for example, that you used the self-care timer, so the app can show your practice calendar).

Your journal entries and trigger logs are private to you. We do not read them for any purpose other than storing and displaying them to you, and we never use them for advertising.

Membership and payment information

Membership is purchased and managed on our website via our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. We store your membership status and a Stripe customer reference so the app can unlock your content. If you enable push notifications, we store a device token to send announcements.

Collection and Use of Information

We may collect personal information when you: access our content via a browser or the app; register for and use a membership; contact us by email or social media; sign up to our newsletter; or mention us on social media. We may combine voluntarily provided and automatically collected information with general or research data from trusted sources to improve our Services and your experience.

AI features (Goddess Guide and photo transcription)

The app includes two optional features that use a third-party AI provider, Anthropic (the Claude API):

●       Goddess Guide chat — messages you send aretransmitted to Anthropic to generate a reply.

●       Handwritten journal transcription — if you photograph a journal page, the photo is transmitted to Anthropic to read the handwriting into text. The photo is not stored by us — it is used only to produce the text, and only the text you choose to save is kept.

Anthropic processes this data on our behalf and does not use it to train its models under our API terms. These features are optional. The Goddess Guide is a supportive self-reflection companion — not a medical, therapeutic, or crisis service.

Security of Your Personal Information

When we collect, process, and retain personal information, we protect it within commercially acceptable means against loss, theft, and unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. In the app, access to your private content is restricted by row-level security so that only you can read and write your own journal entries, trigger logs, and other personal records; data is encrypted in transit and at rest; and secrets and keys are held server-side, never in the app. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy. If your information is no longer required, we delete it or anonymise it. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information (profile, journal entries, trigger logs, progress, reminders, and device tokens) within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with a legal, accounting,or reporting obligation.

Children's Privacy

We do not aim any of our products or services at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under that age. Where we rely on consent and you are under 16, we will seek your parent or guardian's consent.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

We may disclose personal information to: a parent, subsidiary, or affiliate; third-party service providers (including IT, data storage, hosting and server providers, analytics, error loggers, marketing providers, professional advisors, and payment operators); our employees, contractors, and related entities; our existing or potential business partners; courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement as required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights; and an entity that acquires all or substantially all of our assets and business.
