These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://www.ggtg.me, the Good Girl to Goddess mobile app, and any related services (together, the "Services") provided by Good Girl to Goddess ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing the website, downloading or using the app, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to abide by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use or access the Services.
We reserve the right to review and amend these Terms at our sole discretion. When we do, we will update this page, and changes take effect from the date of publication. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to let members know.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 year sold to use the Services. To access member content you must create an account with a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at sabrina@ggtg.me if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Membership and payment
● GGTG membership is purchased and managed on our website via our payment processor, Stripe. The app does not sell memberships and does not process payments; it unlocks content for logged-in members whose membership is active.
● Membership is offered as a recurring subscription at the price shown at checkout (currently $33 per month), which renews automatically each billing period until cancelled.
● You may cancel at any time by emailing sabrina@ggtg.me. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
● Refunds: Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable. Where you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content; this right can be waived once access to the content begins with your consent.
● Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice of any change before it applies to your next renewal.
Your content
The Services let you create private content, including journal entries and emotional trigger logs ("Your Content").
● You own Your Content. We do not claim ownership of it.
● You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, store, back up, and display Your Content back to you so the Services function.
● We do not sell Your Content, use it for advertising, or share it, except as described in our Privacy Policy. Your journal entries and trigger logs are private to you.
● You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to store it.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.ggtg.me/privacy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nature of the Services — important health notice
Good Girl to Goddess is a personal-development and empowerment program. The Services — including all lessons, journaling tools, the emotional trigger log, and the "Goddess Guide" AI companion — are provided for educational and self-reflection purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or crisis services, and are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified professional.
The Goddess Guide is an automated AI companion, not a human and not a counsellor. It may produce information that is inaccurate or incomplete, and it must not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
If you are in crisis or maybe in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. Do not rely on the Services for urgent help.
AI features
Some features (the Goddess Guide chat and handwritten-journal transcription) send the text or image you provide to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response or transcription, as described in our Privacy Policy. These features are optional; by using them you consent to that processing.
Limitations of use
By using the Services, you warrant that you will not:
1. modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials or software contained in the Services;
2. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from any materials or software in the Services;
3. transfer the materials to another person or"mirror" them on any other server;
4. share your account or membership access with, or resell it to, any other person;
5. knowingly or negligently use the Services in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks or any other service we provide;
6. use the Services to transmit or publish any harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material;
7. use the Services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
8. use the Services in connection with sending unauthorised advertising or spam;
9. harvest, collect, or gather user data without consent;or
10. use the Services in a way that may infringe the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of third parties.
Intellectual property
The intellectual property in the materials and content in the Services (including the program materials, videos, text, and branding) is owned by or licensed to Good Girl to Goddess and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant members a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to access and view the member content for their own personal development while their membership is active.
This is a licence, not a transfer of title. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms, and may be terminated by us at any time. You must not record, download (except where a feature expressly allows it), reproduce, distribute, or publicly share the program content.
Third-party links
We have not reviewed all siteslinked from the Services and are not responsible for the contents of any linkedsite. A link does not imply our endorsement or control. Use of any linked siteis at your own risk.
Disclaimers and accuracy of materials
The Services and their materials are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, and disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The materials are for general information and self-development purposes and are not comprehensive. We do not warrant the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the materials or of any resources linked to the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Good Girl to Goddess or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services or their materials, even if we oran authorised representative have been notified of the possibility of suchdamage.
In these Terms,"consequential loss" includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss ofreputation, loss of use, and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity, or otherwise.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or on liability for consequential or incidental damages, some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services and terminate these Terms immediately on written notice for any breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the member content ends. You may end these Terms at any time by cancelling your membership and ceasing to use the Services. You can delete your account and personal data from within the app at any time (Profile → Delete my account).
Severance
Any term of these Terms that is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable, and the validity of the remainder is not affected.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
