"Make Space for the New" Retreat Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions
1. PROMOTER
The promoter is Good Girl to Goddess Limited, of 35 Ballards Lane, London N3 1XW ("Good Girl to Goddess", "GGTG", "we", "us").

2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The "Make Space for the New" retreat prize draw opens on 25 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm UK time on 11 October 2026.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, European Union and United States of America who are aged 18 or over at the date of entry, except where prohibited by law.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that participation is lawful in their place of residence.
Good Girl to Goddess Limited reserves the right to exclude entries from any jurisdiction where the promotion cannot lawfully be offered.
Employees, contractors and members of the immediate families or households of Good Girl to Goddess Limited, its associated companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
We may require reasonable proof of age, identity, residence and eligibility before awarding the prize.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the prize draw, an eligible participant must hold a valid Good Girl to Goddess app account at the close of the Promotion Period.
An account may be created at any time before the close of the Promotion Period, including before the Promotion Period began. All valid accounts held at the close of the Promotion Period, whether on a free trial or a paid membership, receive one entry.
To enter for the first time, download the Good Girl to Goddess app and create a valid free account before the close of the Promotion Period.
No Instagram follow, tag, share or referral is required.
There is no refer-a-friend entry mechanism.
Each eligible person will receive one entry only, regardless of the number of devices used, downloads made or accounts attempted.
Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, incomplete or otherwise invalid registrations may be disqualified.
5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Downloading the app and creating a free account is sufficient.
Holding a paid membership neither improves nor reduces a participant's chance of winning.
6. THE PRIZE
There is one main prize and one winner (see also section 7, Runner-Up Prizes).
The prize is one place at the Good Girl to Goddess Retreat taking place 13 - 16 November 2026 in Dorset, United Kingdom.
The winner may choose either:
- a single-occupancy room for herself (approximate retail value £1,500); or
- a shared double-occupancy room for herself and one guest of her choice, with both retreat places included (approximate retail value £1,600).
The choice must be made at the time the prize is claimed.
Where the winner chooses the shared double-occupancy option, her guest must be aged 18 or over, does not need to have entered the prize draw, and attends subject to these terms (including sections 8, 14 and 15) and the venue's rules. The winner is responsible for ensuring her guest's compliance.
The prize includes, for the winner (and her guest, where the shared option is chosen):
- accommodation for three nights (check-in Friday 13 November from 3pm, departure Monday 16 November);
- three locally sourced, organic, vegetarian meals a day and snacks throughout;
- all scheduled retreat sessions and ceremonies, including movement and bodywork, sound healing, teaching and guidance sessions, the cacao ceremony and the closing guided meditation; and
- the opportunity to schedule one-to-one sessions with retreat practitioners during free time, as available to all attendees (these are charged separately).
The approximate retail value of the prize is up to £1,600, depending on the option chosen.
Travel to and from the retreat venue is not included for the winner or her guest (see section 10).
Specific practitioners, session timings, venue details and fulfilment arrangements may vary where reasonably necessary, provided the overall retreat experience is of equal or greater value.
7. RUNNER-UP PRIZES
After the winner is drawn, two further names will be drawn as runners-up.
Each runner-up will receive a £100 discount toward one place at the 13 - 16 November 2026 Good Girl to Goddess Retreat, subject to availability.
The discount is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, may not be combined with any other offer or payment plan discount, and must be redeemed by 31 October 2026.
Runners-up will be notified in the same manner as the winner (see section 11) and must respond within 5 days of notification.
A runner-up discount has no cash value if unused.
8. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND DEFERRAL
The retreat takes place on fixed dates, 13 - 16 November 2026.
If the winner is unable to attend on those dates, she may defer her place (and her guest's place, where the shared option is chosen) to the next Good Girl to Goddess retreat, subject to availability and reasonable booking conditions. Deferral must be requested at the time the prize is claimed.
The prize is:
- subject to availability, venue capacity and reasonable booking conditions;
- non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing;
- not exchangeable for cash;
- not for resale; and
- subject to any applicable venue or third-party provider terms, including venue rules of conduct.
9. WINNER SELECTION
After the Promotion Period closes, one winner and two runners-up will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries.
The first name drawn wins the retreat place; the second and third names drawn are the runners-up.
The random selection process will be capable of verification.
10. COSTS NOT INCLUDED
The prize does not include:
- travel to or from the retreat venue;
- travel or cancellation insurance, which the winner is encouraged to arrange;
- additional treatments, sessions or purchases beyond those described in section 6;
- incidental expenses; or
- any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize.
Any such costs are the winner's responsibility.
11. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with her Good Girl to Goddess account.
We intend to contact the winner on or around 12 October 2026.
Because the retreat takes place on fixed dates and arrangements must be made in good time, the winner must respond within 5 days of notification.
If the winner:
- cannot be contacted;
- does not respond within the specified period;
- is found to be ineligible;
- declines the prize; or
- fails to provide information reasonably required to fulfil the prize,
we reserve the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
12. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner may be announced publicly after she has been contacted and her eligibility confirmed.
We may publish limited winner information, such as first name and general location, where legally permitted and reasonably necessary to demonstrate that the promotion has been administered properly.
13. PRIZE FULFILMENT
The retreat place will be confirmed with the winner directly, including any information the venue reasonably requires.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
14. HEALTH, PARTICIPATION AND SUITABILITY
The retreat is a personal-development experience. It includes gentle movement and bodywork, sound healing, a cacao ceremony, group sharing and guided meditation.
It is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric or therapeutic treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional advice or care of any kind.
All activities are invitational: the winner may sit out of any session or ceremony.
So that we can look after her properly, the winner will be asked to share any dietary requirements (all food is vegetarian), accessibility needs and any health conditions relevant to participation. This information will be used only to arrange her attendance and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Attendance is subject to the venue's rules and to reasonable standards of conduct toward other attendees and facilitators.
Where the shared double-occupancy option is chosen, this section applies equally to the winner's guest.
15. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
The retreat is delivered with third-party practitioners and at a third-party venue.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that relevant contact information may be shared with such providers where reasonably necessary to arrange fulfilment.
Only information necessary for fulfilment will be shared.
16. GGTG PERSONAL-DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCES
Good Girl to Goddess sessions, retreats, programmes and ceremonies are intended for personal-development and educational purposes.
They are not substitutes for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice or treatment.
17. DATA PROTECTION
Personal information collected in connection with the prize draw will be used to:
- administer the promotion;
- verify entries;
- select and contact the winner;
- fulfil the prize; and
- comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Good Girl to Goddess Privacy Policy.
Entry into this prize draw does not by itself constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
Any marketing consent must be obtained separately and may be withdrawn at any time.
18. APP ACCOUNT AND ADMINISTRATIVE COMMUNICATIONS
Participants may receive transactional communications necessary to:
- create or confirm their account;
- administer the prize draw;
- verify eligibility;
- notify them of a win; or
- arrange prize fulfilment.
These communications are separate from optional marketing communications.
19. META, INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK
The promotion may be advertised on Instagram, Facebook or other Meta platforms.
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram or Facebook.
No social-media action is required to enter.
20. APPLE
Apple is not a sponsor of, responsible for, or involved in this promotion in any way.
21. GOOGLE
Google and Google Play are not sponsors of, responsible for, or involved in this promotion.
22. META PIXEL AND TRACKING
The Good Girl to Goddess website and app may use Meta Pixel or other analytics tools to measure website activity, including page visits and clicks on app-download links.
Such tracking is not the official record of prize-draw entry.
Eligibility will be determined using valid Good Girl to Goddess account-registration records.
A website click or App Store click does not by itself constitute an eligible entry.
23. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
We are not responsible for entries that are delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not successfully received because of internet or network failures, app-store issues, device incompatibility, technical faults or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will nevertheless administer the promotion fairly and take reasonable steps to address genuine technical problems.
24. FAIR PARTICIPATION
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant whom we reasonably believe has:
- provided false information;
- created multiple accounts;
- used automated entry methods;
- manipulated the entry process;
- interfered with the promotion; or
- otherwise breached these terms.
25. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary, including circumstances that require the retreat itself to be rescheduled or cancelled. If the retreat cannot take place, we will offer the winner a place at the next Good Girl to Goddess retreat or an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
We will not materially alter the promotion in a way that unfairly disadvantages participants except where unavoidable.
26. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Girl to Goddess Limited is not responsible for loss or damage arising from acceptance or use of the prize except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
27. TAXES
The winner is responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations or other charges that may arise in her jurisdiction as a result of receiving the prize, to the extent applicable.
Good Girl to Goddess Limited does not provide tax advice.
28. LOCAL LAW
Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
If any local law prevents us from legally awarding the prize to a selected winner, we reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value where lawful, or to select an alternative eligible winner where necessary.
29. GENERAL
Our decision regarding eligibility, administration of the draw and allocation of the prize is final, subject to applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
30. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and the prize draw are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights or other protections an entrant may have under the laws of their country or state of residence.
