GOOD GIRL TO GODDESS LIMITED“11 Days of Showing Up for Yourself” Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

  1. PROMOTER

The promoter is Good Girl to Goddess Limited, of 35 Ballards Lane, London N3 1XW (“Good Girl to Goddess”, “GGTG”, “we”, “us”).

  1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The “11 Days of Showing Up for Yourself” prize draw opens on 11 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm UK time on 21 September 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, European Union and United States of America who are aged 18 or over at the date of entry, except where prohibited by law.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that participation is lawful in their place of residence.

Good Girl to Goddess Limited reserves the right to exclude entries from any jurisdiction where the promotion cannot lawfully be offered.

Employees, contractors and members of the immediate families or households of Good Girl to Goddess Limited, its associated companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

We may require reasonable proof of age, identity, residence and eligibility before awarding a prize.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the prize draw, an eligible participant must, during the Promotion Period:

  1. Download the Good Girl to Goddess app; and
  2. Create a valid Good Girl to Goddess account.

No Instagram follow, tag, share or referral is required.

There is no refer-a-friend entry mechanism.

Each eligible person will receive one entry only, regardless of the number of devices used, downloads made or accounts attempted.

Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, incomplete or otherwise invalid registrations may be disqualified.

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Downloading the app and creating a free account is sufficient.

  1. PRIZES

There are 11 prizes and 11 winners.

Each winner will receive one prize.

The prizes are:

£300 luxury spa voucher

12-week Good Girl to Goddess Transformation Package, approximate retail value £300, including personalised support, 1:1 sessions and premium app access

One-month Good Girl to Goddess Transformation Package, approximate retail value £100, including personalised support, 1:1 sessions and premium app access

One place in a full Good Girl to Goddess cohort, approximate retail value US$400

One private Good Girl to Goddess session with Sabrina plus a personalised follow-up/action plan, approximate retail value £60

One personalised monogrammed journal, approximate retail value £100

One Morning Ritual Box, including selected tea or cacao, candle or incense, journal and/or other self-care or ritual items, approximate retail value £125

One “Books That Changed My Life” bundle, consisting of three books selected by Sabrina, approximate retail value £75

  1. One birth chart / astrology prize with a selected practitioner, consisting of either:
    • a birth chart or astrology reading; or
    • a complimentary birth-chart-reading course

Approximate retail value £150

One luxury candle, approximate retail value £60

One luxury hand cream, approximate retail value £50

The approximate total retail value of the prize pool is £1,616, subject to exchange-rate fluctuations and the final retail value of third-party prizes.

Specific brands, suppliers, formats, dates and fulfilment arrangements may vary where reasonably necessary, provided that any substituted prize is of equal or greater value.

  1. FEATURED PRIZE

The £300 luxury spa voucher may be referred to in promotional materials as the featured or hero prize.

This does not affect the random selection process or a participant’s chance of winning any of the 11 prizes.

  1. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

Prizes are:

  • subject to availability and reasonable booking conditions;
  • non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing;
  • not exchangeable for cash;
  • not for resale; and
  • subject to any applicable third-party provider terms.

Where a prize involves a session, programme, cohort, reading, course or other service, the winner must participate within a reasonable period specified by GGTG or the relevant provider.

Where dates need to be mutually agreed, reasonable efforts will be made to find a suitable date, but specific dates cannot be guaranteed.

  1. WINNER SELECTION

After the Promotion Period closes, 11 winners will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries.

The random selection process will be capable of verification.

Each selected entrant will be allocated one of the 11 prizes.

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be contacted using the email address or contact details associated with their Good Girl to Goddess account.

We intend to contact winners on or around 22 September 2026.

A winner must respond within 7 days of notification unless otherwise stated.

If a winner:

  • cannot be contacted;
  • does not respond within the specified period;
  • is found to be ineligible;
  • declines the prize; or
  • fails to provide information reasonably required to fulfil the prize,

we reserve the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

  1. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

Winners may be announced publicly after they have been contacted and their eligibility confirmed.

We may publish limited winner information, such as first name and general location, where legally permitted and reasonably necessary to demonstrate that the promotion has been administered properly.

  1. PRIZE FULFILMENT

We aim to arrange or dispatch physical prizes within 30 days of winner confirmation unless otherwise stated.

Experiential, programme or service-based prizes may take place later and will be arranged directly with the winner.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party prize providers, postal services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  1. COSTS NOT INCLUDED

Unless expressly stated, prizes do not include:

  • travel;
  • accommodation;
  • meals;
  • insurance;
  • additional treatments or purchases;
  • incidental expenses; or
  • other costs associated with accepting or using the prize.

Any such costs are the winner’s responsibility.

  1. THIRD-PARTY PRIZES

Some prizes may be supplied or fulfilled by third-party businesses or practitioners.

By accepting such a prize, the winner agrees that relevant contact information may be shared with the provider where reasonably necessary to arrange fulfilment.

Only information necessary for fulfilment will be shared.

  1. ASTROLOGY PRIZE

Any astrology or birth-chart reading, or birth-chart-reading course, is provided for personal interest, reflection and educational or entertainment purposes.

It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal or other regulated professional advice.

  1. GGTG PERSONAL-DEVELOPMENT PRIZES

Good Girl to Goddess sessions, transformation programmes and cohort experiences are intended for personal-development and educational purposes.

They are not substitutes for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice or treatment.

  1. DATA PROTECTION

Personal information collected in connection with the prize draw will be used to:

  • administer the promotion;
  • verify entries;
  • select and contact winners;
  • fulfil prizes; and
  • comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Good Girl to Goddess Privacy Policy.

Entry into this prize draw does not by itself constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.

Any marketing consent must be obtained separately and may be withdrawn at any time.

  1. APP ACCOUNT AND ADMINISTRATIVE COMMUNICATIONS

Participants may receive transactional communications necessary to:

  • create or confirm their account;
  • administer the prize draw;
  • verify eligibility;
  • notify them of a win; or
  • arrange prize fulfilment.

These communications are separate from optional marketing communications.

  1. META, INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK

The promotion may be advertised on Instagram, Facebook or other Meta platforms.

The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram or Facebook.

No social-media action is required to enter.

  1. APPLE

Apple is not a sponsor of, responsible for, or involved in this promotion in any way.

  1. GOOGLE

Google and Google Play are not sponsors of, responsible for, or involved in this promotion.

  1. META PIXEL AND TRACKING

The Good Girl to Goddess website may use Meta Pixel or other analytics tools to measure website activity, including page visits and clicks on app-download links.

Such tracking is not the official record of prize-draw entry.

Eligibility will be determined using valid Good Girl to Goddess account-registration records.

A website click or App Store click does not by itself constitute an eligible entry.

  1. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

We are not responsible for entries that are delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not successfully received because of internet or network failures, app-store issues, device incompatibility, technical faults or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will nevertheless administer the promotion fairly and take reasonable steps to address genuine technical problems.

  1. FAIR PARTICIPATION

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant whom we reasonably believe has:

  • provided false information;
  • created multiple accounts;
  • used automated entry methods;
  • manipulated the entry process;
  • interfered with the promotion; or
  • otherwise breached these terms.
  1. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary.

We will not materially alter the promotion in a way that unfairly disadvantages participants except where unavoidable.

  1. LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Girl to Goddess Limited is not responsible for loss or damage arising from acceptance or use of a prize except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. TAXES

Winners are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations or other charges that may arise in their jurisdiction as a result of receiving a prize, to the extent applicable.

Good Girl to Goddess Limited does not provide tax advice.

  1. LOCAL LAW

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

If any local law prevents us from legally awarding a particular prize to a selected winner, we reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value where lawful, or to select an alternative eligible winner where necessary.

  1. GENERAL

Our decision regarding eligibility, administration of the draw and allocation of prizes is final, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and the prize draw are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights or other protections an entrant may have under the laws of their country or state of residence.
